Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Après-Tennis apparel, but if something isn’t quite right, we will make it right. Please review our return guidelines below:

  1. Return Eligibility
    We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must have their original tags attached and be in the same condition as when received.

  2. Return Process
    Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return standards. We’ll notify you by email when your return has been approved, and your refund or exchange has been processed.

  3. Return Delay
    A refund will be initiated as soon as we receive your item in a returnable condition. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be submitted to the original method of payment.

  4. Final Sale Items
    Please note that all items marked down by 40% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  5. Customized Items
    Items that have been customized are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns of exchanges.
