Changed your mind or not quite the right fit? You have 14 days from delivery.
Before you begin
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Have your order number ready.
Step 1. Send your request
Email us your return request with your order number, the items and the reason.
Step 2. Receive your label
We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label. A flat label fee of $9.89 is deducted from your refund.
Step 3. Pack and drop off
Pack your items, attach the label and drop the parcel at a Canada Post location (or with the carrier named on the label).
Step 4. Get your refund
We refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your parcel.
Defective or damaged item? Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right, label included.
